As we continue to experience a particularly brisk Adirondack winter, our thoughts turn to the magic of snowy, cold-weather weddings. Red and green certainly isn’t the only color palette available to couples willing to forsake the warmth of summer! This inspiration board began with the cool winter colors of white and gold. We added a rose pink and came up with this classic-meets-elegant motif, featuring timeless pearls and roses combined with festive pearl-adorned cupcakes. This theme is perfect for couples who love a “vintage glamour” look.

Pearls will forever be a classic for wedding day wear. Edible pearls on your wedding cake or cupcakes, however, is a new and adorable concept! Chat with your baker if you’d like to replicate this look at your Adirondack wedding. In the meantime, stay warm!

I really like the edible pearl idea, very creative and original. Pearls would go well with many wedding themes because they are so simple but still elegant.

I love this classic look! Pearls are a perfect addition to any wedding dress due to their magnificent beauty. Not to mention they go great with the pastel color palette as well.

This color palette is almost exactly the same as the colors my fiance and I picked for our wedding in July. It’s so great to see a local magazine showing examples of what we will be doing in just a few months. I really love how this looks.
