Thanksgiving, the official kickoff to the holiday season, is upon us! We love the holidays here at Adirondack Weddings for a very special reason. Each holiday season spurs hundreds, perhaps thousands, of marriage proposals! It makes you wonder how many nervous would-be Adirondack grooms will be asking their girlfriend’s father for his blessing sometime between the turkey course and the pumpkin pie.
So, dear readers, we hope you have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving with loved ones. And to all of our Jewish friends, happy Hanukkah! This Thanksgiving is extra special because it coincides with the first day of Hanukkah, a rare event that the media has coined “Thanksgivukah.” Pretty cool!

Because bridal beauty rarely takes a holiday, we’ll be back on Friday with a very special color palette celebrating the biggest shopping day of the year. Here’s a hint… the color scheme will include black! In the meantime, safe and happy holidays to all.
