My best friend got married there. (I was her maid of honor. The views of Lake Placid are beyond belief and the resort is just stupendous! I have to say that I don’t think I’ve ever been to a better reception. The room was beautiful, the food was spectacular and the service was even better. If I weren’t already married I would definitely want to make my arrangement at High Peaks Resort.
